ASSIGNMENT FIVE: CREATING CODEBOOKS

Create a codebook  that has at least two variables in it.  These
variables must include a variable identified in the measurement
assignment (Assignment FOUR).  The codebook must contain an item or
question number, a variable name, an area for descriptive
information, and code information for each variable.  Follow the
format of example provided or a similar format.  Be sure to list explicit codes for
all categorical variables. Check to see that your codes are exhaustive, exclusive, and clear.
