To foster connections among participants in a workshop (or CPR Space), participants identify one connection with each speaker—a point of intersection with the participant’s interests—and one extension—a direction the participant could imagine the speaker’s work being extended. Time permitting, the connections and extensions sheet can include also a question the participant would like to take up with the speaker. This feedback is conveyed on a piece of paper, or, if the workshop is online, in a chat box or via a pre-prepared online form. When such feedback is given to spoken Autobiographical Introductions, it exposes even more points of potential interaction to pursue during the workshop.
